We've had tremendous interest in this event and, consequently, sold out of our available dinner seats in record time. But, we'd still really like to give you the opportunity to hear Peter B in conversation with Daniel Sokatch.
So, we're opening up a new type of ticket - "Peanut Gallery." Even if you don't want to eat, we're still going to ask you to buy a ticket of this type since we *do* have to cap event attendance somehow.
While we won't be able to seat you at our famous brown-paper-covered tables, we WILL give you some dinner (think: falafel, pizza, sandwiches or the like, still TBD), and give you a seat on a bench to hear the talk. It's not quite our standard dinner fare, but we're trying to make this overflow option work. Appreciate your understanding and patience with us as we work to sort out the details.
In the meantime, hope you'll join us. It's bound to be an amazing night.

Peter Beinart, former editor of The New Republic and senior columnist for Ha'aretz and The Atlantic, will join us for a conversation with Daniel Sokatch titled "After the Israeli Elections: America, Israel and the Democratic Future."
WHERE
We meet at the SF Friends School at 6:15 pm. Get there when you can and enter at the Brosnan Street entrance. There are two parking lots each about a block and a half away (344 14th Street and 1370 Stevenson) and it's close to BART, too.
